How do I choose between tiers?
Rule of thumb: i4 if it's your first serious simulator, i6 if you want triples and stronger force feedback, V8 if you want to feel the track move under you, V12 if you want the best that exists. Not sure? Request a quote and we'll talk it through.
Can I customize a tier?
Yes — chassis colorways are selectable on each product, and hardware swaps are available through a quote. For fully custom builds, see the SSG W16 program.
Do you offer financing?

Delivery & installation
What does white glove include?
Everything: assembly at our shop, delivery, in-home installation, driver fitting, software setup, and first-lap coaching. See our White Glove page.
How long until my simulator arrives?
i4/i6: 4–6 weeks. V8: 6–8 weeks. V12: 8–12 weeks. Builds are made to order.
Where do you deliver?
Continental United States. Contact us for Alaska, Hawaii, and international inquiries.
Orders & returns
Can I cancel my order?
Turn-key builds can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase (minus payment processing fees). After 48 hours, your build enters production and the order is final sale. See our refund policy.
What if something arrives damaged or defective?
Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery and we'll resolve it. Dead-on-arrival or defective components are replaced within the first 30 days.
Software
Which sims come installed?
iRacing, Assetto Corsa, and other major titles are installed and configured before delivery. Some titles require your own game license/account — we'll set them up during installation.
Do I need to be a PC person?
No. The system arrives configured. Turn the key and drive.
