This policy applies to SSG Racing hardware—including DDUs, button boxes, and LED brow indicators—as well as retail parts.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and remains in its original condition.
A 15% restocking fee applies to returned items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective Items
Defective items will be replaced at no cost when reported within the applicable warranty period.
