Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of ssgracing.com and your purchase of products from SSG Racing, 305 3rd Ave West, Newark, NJ (“SSG Racing”, “we”, “us”).

1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Turn-key simulator orders are custom manufacturing contracts: production begins 48 hours after purchase, after which orders are final sale as described in our Refund Policy. We may cancel any order at our discretion with a full refund.

2. Pricing and specifications

Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Applicable taxes and other charges are shown at checkout where required.

Due to component availability, we may substitute components with alternatives of equal or greater capability. We will contact you before production regarding any material change to the specifications of your build.

3. Delivery and installation

White-glove delivery and installation are included with turn-key builds in the continental United States unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and site-access information and a safe installation location with adequate space, access, and electrical service.

4. Warranty

Products are covered by the terms described on our Warranty page. Except as stated there, products are provided without further warranties, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSG Racing's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Software and third-party accounts

Simulator software and other third-party services may require separate licenses, subscriptions, or accounts, including services such as Steam and iRacing. These services are provided and governed by their respective third parties.

7. Intellectual property

SSG Racing branding, website content, graphics, photography, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey.
